Infused with a blend of fine sea salt crystals, rosemary gathered from local gardens, sage, white oregano, and mint, each blend captures the essence of the landscape that surrounds us. What started as a personal kitchen experiment grew into something guests now take home – little jars of sun, sea, and soul. Today, Hristina weaves her signature salts into many of the dishes on the menu, creating a seamless connection between her craft and the cuisine. It’s more than seasoning – it’s a reflection of her belief that simple things, made with care, can be truly extraordinary.
